We regularly advise borrowers, lenders and intermediaries, including key Australian and multinational corporates, major Australian and international banks, investment banks, the mortgage industry, private equity houses and other specialist financial institutions. In recognition of the team’s expertise in this area, we are one of the few firms on the legal panels of each of the big four Australian banks.

Our team has a deep understanding of the financing requirements for syndicated facilities and larger / mid-range construction developments (especially in the residential apartment area), current financing issues and requirements facing property market participants. We have also acted for lenders or developers in the non-syndicated financing of a broad range of larger residential developments.
