Assisting clients to navigate through the regulatory framework and contractual complexities of the industry, our Aged Care and Health Team comprises lawyers with expertise encompassing corporate, finance, insurance, planning, property, dispute resolution, tax and employment law. This has allowed us to not only deliver legal solutions tailored for our clients’ specific needs, but also to provide strategic, commercial and multi-jurisdictional advice across all aspects of aged care, health and retirement living.

We regularly advise clients on share sales, the sale and purchase of retirement village and aged care assets, subdivision and planning approvals, preparation and negotiation of development and management agreements, license agreements and loan agreements, resident documentation, complaints, coronial inquests, corporate and clinical governance, operational structures, workplace and clinical health and safety and the full range of disputes.
