Yangmin has extensive experience acting for a range of clients in the real estate industry, with a particular focus on the acquisition, development, leasing and divestment of commercial property and retirement living assets across a number of jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Gadens, Yangmin worked as an in-house lawyer for over 12 years. His responsibilities included the management of an A-REIT’s national retail leasing legal function, overseeing a large volume of retail leasing transactions for over 25 shopping centres, and the completion of non-core retail divestments exceeding $1 billion in aggregate over a period of 3-4 years across four States (NSW, Qld, Vic & WA).

Yangmin is able to draw on his considerable in-house experience to provide commercially focused and tailored advice on a range of real estate transactions.
