Toby has over 12 years of litigation experience in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Toby offers diverse experience acting on matters across various practice areas including general commercial disputes, insolvency, insurance (acting for both insurers and insured parties), regulatory investigations, retail leasing disputes, construction and debt recovery.

Toby has acted on a broad range of complex matters in the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme and County Courts of Victoria, Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the High Court of Justice (UK), acting on behalf of a variety of ASX listed companies, insolvency practitioners and private clients.
