Shantal practises primarily in the areas of banking and finance and property. She acts for major Australian banks, fund managers and private lenders in a broad range of transactions, including the funding of commercial, industrial and residential developments throughout Queensland and New South Wales.

She also has a specific focus in the health industry, acting for major banking institutions in relation to the financing of pharmacies, veterinary clinics, medical centres and dental clinics throughout Australia.

Since her admission, Shantal has extensively advised lenders in relation to the enforcement of securities and is able to provide advice in relation to workouts and the restructuring of facilities.
