Shanna specialises in property development, with a particular focus on residential and mixed use development, titling, urban generation, and community subdivision.

Shanna’s expertise includes advising on all stages of a project lifecycle, from acquisition through to disposal, including titling, project structuring including Strata Management Statements, Building Management Statements, By Laws and end to end off-the-plan conveyancing.
