Savannah specialises in the protection, management, exploitation and enforcement of IP rights including trade marks, copyright and designs.

Recognised as an experienced practitioner, she provides advice and handles disputes regarding IP rights, passing off, misleading and deceptive conduct, trade secrets and the misuse of confidential information. Savannah also manages trade mark and registered design portfolios for both Australian and global businesses. She acts for a range of clients including brand owners, designers and retailers in the FMCG, fashion, furniture, lighting and homewares industries. In addition, she regularly acts for a range of designer builders, architects and technology companies.

Savannah is recognised as a ‘Trade Mark Star’ in Managing IP magazine’s ‘IP Stars’ rankings and recommended as a Contentious Intellectual Property Lawyer in Doyles Guide.

• Acting for prominent Australian and international fashion brands in copyright and trade mark infringement proceedings in the Federal Court, as well as advice matters.
• Acting in complex litigation regarding misuse of confidential information and copyright infringement claims in the Federal Court.
• Acting for well-known FMCG brands, as well as furniture, lighting and homeware designers, on brand and design protection and enforcement.
• Advising some of the world’s largest tech and media companies in copyright and trade mark matters, including complex disputes.
• Acting in a number of urgent injunction and Mareva injunction applications in the Federal Court.
