Sarah has more than 25 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer, advising private and public sector clients in a large range of industries. She appreciates the complex and challenging environments in which our clients operate, and enjoys solving problems in a practical and commercial manner.

Her recent work has been focussed on employment, workplace health and safety and industrial relations issues, including workplace investigations; grievances and complaints; disciplinary and diminished performance processes; fraud and corruption; and managing ill and injured employees. She also provides strategic advice on regulatory changes, bonus systems and internal policies and procedures, to accommodate new business models and best practice.

Sarah’s industry specific experience has included work in relation to local government; building and construction; commercial and residential developments; rail and port related infrastructure; resource projects, pharmacies, retirement villages and aged care. She has also assisted clients in relation to the establishment of various entities including charitable and philanthropic funds, public companies, partnerships and joint venture arrangements, as well as corporate restructures.
