Sally has more than 20 years’ experience specialising in real estate law. Over the course of her career, Sally has worked with a number of Australia’s major institutional real estate funds and developers, including AMP, The GPT Group, BlackRock and the Payce Group.

Sally is particularly sought after for her expertise in leasing (including development leasing) and capital transactions. She also draws on her extensive industry experience to advise on a broad range of real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, real estate development, joint ventures, distressed sales and workouts, strata collective sales and purchases and advising on the real estate aspects of business sales and corporate restructures.

Sally has been voted by her peers as one of Australia’s Best Lawyers in the area of Property every year since 2013 and in the area of Leasing Law since 2024.
