Rebecca offers extensive experience in many aspects of commercial property, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate and retail, commercial and industrial leasing.

Rebecca has advised on behalf of purchasers/vendors of shopping centres and commercial properties throughout Australia including Cbus Property, Stockland and Vicinity Centres. Her experience includes advising in relation to portfolio property sales/acquisitions, leaseback arrangements as well as carrying out extensive due diligence investigations in relation to a proposed acquisition or disposal of property.

Rebecca has experience acting on behalf of major institutional landlords in relation to preparing and negotiating commercial and retail leases, and advising and negotiation in relation to leases.
