Raisa specialises in technology procurement and digital transformation, privacy compliance and data breach response, cybersecurity, and intellectual property commercialisation.  Her practice includes advising clients in technology and business process outsourcing, complex development projects, systems integration projects, and other complex commercial arrangements.  Raisa also regularly advises on technology and privacy considerations associated with regulated transactions, including associated technology separation and transition arrangements.

She works with a broad range of clients in various industries, including healthcare, financial services, energy, telecommunications, and transport.  Raisa advises a range of technology suppliers involved in the construction, rollout, and maintenance of critical technology infrastructure in Australia and overseas.

Raisa was named as a winner of the Australasian Lawyer Rising Stars award for 2023.

She is a member of the Marketing & Ethics Committee for the Consumer Healthcare Products Australia.
