Olivia specialises in the protection, management, exploitation and enforcement of IP rights. She has a particular focus on copyright, trade mark and design law. Olivia has also regularly acted for clients in matters involving patents, passing off, misleading and deceptive conduct, unconscionable conduct, trade secrets, the misuse of confidential information, domain names, customs and anti-counterfeiting strategies.

Olivia has acted for a range of clients, including those in the health, beauty, fashion, technology and logistics industries.

Prior to her admission, Olivia worked in the in-house legal department of a Fortune 500 company.

In the 2022 and 2023 edition of IP Stars, Olivia was listed as a ‘Rising Star’.
