Natalie offers a breadth of experience in many aspects of commercial litigation, with particular experience advising in relation to general commercial and contractual disputes, shareholder and director disputes, the Court approval of schemes of arrangement, insolvency and banking and finance.

Natalie regularly acts for private clients, SMEs, ASX listed companies and insolvency practitioners and has acted for major financial institutions in relation to security enforcement proceedings. She acts and advises on a range of commercial disputes in areas including contract, Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), corporate governance, insolvency, equity and trusts and banking.

Natalie has been involved in significant complex claims and disputes including matters in the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme and County Courts of Victoria, the Supreme and District Courts of New South Wales and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
