Millie Richmond-Scott is a partner of Lavan, an independent law firm in Perth operating in association with Gadens.

Millie has significant experience acting in complex, high profile and high‐value matters.  She advises and represents clients in various forums and jurisdictions, with a particular focus on disputes that are resolved before the superior Courts of Western Australia.

Millie has built a particular speciality advising on disputes arising in the energy and resources, mining, construction and infrastructure sectors.  Millie’s expertise also extends to corporate disputes and advice on corporate governance issues.

A successful litigator and advocate, Millie has appeared as Counsel for her clients, and she regularly engages and works alongside pre-eminent Silk.

Millie is highly regarded by her peers and has been recognised with multiple awards from industry bodies and rankings in leading legal guides.
