Michael is a nationally recognised leading property lawyer with almost 35 years of experience in property law and wills and estates.

Michael has spent most of his career heading up the private client practice at a renowned Canberra firm, supervising a large private conveyancing and wills/estates practice, and other private client services. Michael brings with him an extensive client base and a strong emphasis on long term and trusted relationships.

Michael is actively engaged in thought leadership activities, regularly presenting seminars to other lawyers and professional groups on a wide range of legal issues, meeting with Government on law reform, as well as advising clients on complex and sophisticated matters in a practical and commercially informed manner.

Three-time winner of the REIACT Solicitor of the Year, and past Chair of the Law Council of Australia’s Australian Property Law Group, Michael is passionate about the evolution of real property laws, particularly where opportunities exist to achieve ‘best practice’ nationally consistent law.
