Matthew acts for banks, financial institutions and borrowers in financing and lending transactions.

His areas of expertise include property and construction finance, corporate and acquisition finance, aged care and retirement village financing, gaming and hospitality financing and the Personal Property Securities Act. Matthew has a broad range of experience including advising clients in relation to corporate and construction financing arrangements, acting for both borrowers and lenders in financing matters, advising in relation to acquisition financing arrangements. He has also provided PPS Act advice, pre-transaction restructuring advice and has acted on both corporate and construction and development facilities for clients.
