Mark is a leading commercial lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in a range of legal areas, advising on real estate, business and structuring, and Corporations Law.

Mark assists clients throughout the business lifecycle, from structuring, acquisition and set up through to disposal or merger. Mark is particularly skilled in assisting clients and providing advice around transition through succession.

Mark is recognised by the professional and business community as an expert in all matters associated with the acquisition, development and leasing of commercial property. Mark has advised clients on industrial subdivision and disposal, property joint ventures, as well as acquisition and disposal of office buildings and other commercial property. Mark provides sound practical advice to his client base of institutional land owners, developers and private investors.

Mark also acts for a number of private lenders, advising clients in relation to funding arrangements and security, including real property and PPS Act advice.
