Liam is a property and development specialist, who acts for both public sector and private clients on their major property transactions, development projects and competitive procurements.

He acts for State and local government agencies on major property transactions, funding arrangements, infrastructure projects, facilitated transactions and dealings with State land and non-freehold tenures. He also advises private clients on development transactions, acquisitions / disposals, major leasing and debt financings for industrial, retail, office and residential projects.

Liam’s diverse experience includes projects in the ports, health, social housing, renewable / green energy, emergency services and water sectors.
