Jeremy is the Chairman of Gadens. His practice involves advising clients on a range of corporate and commercial law matters.

Jeremy advises listed and private companies on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and IPOs, joint ventures, general commercial contracts and corporate governance.

Jeremy works with clients from start-ups to large listed companies, across a range of industries including technology, aged care, funds management, manufacturing, leisure and hospitality. Jeremy has specialist expertise in working with property trusts and developers on capital raising, project structuring, joint ventures and managed investment schemes.

Jeremy is highly valued for his expertise in structuring major projects and transactions, and is recognised by his peers in ‘Best Lawyers’ in Australia since 2017 and is currently listed in the areas of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Corporate / Governance Practice and Mergers and Acquisitions Law.

In 2022 and 2023, Jeremy was recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a recommended Leading Business and Commercial Lawyer in Victoria as well as being recommended as a Leading Corporate Lawyer in 2023.
