With 14 years’ experience in NSW Supreme Court and Federal Courts, Jack advises his clients on all stages of the dispute resolution process, including alternatives to litigation.
Jack appears at all levels of NSW State and Federal Courts in large scale and complex litigation. Jack regularly acts for and advises regulators, corporations and individuals in regulatory investigations conducted by the ASIC, ACCC, OLGR and OTSI. Jack also advises government departments in privacy related matters before the OAIC. Jack has extensive experience appearing in the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).
Jack’s experience includes advising clients in relation to complex professional indemnity and negligence claims, shareholders and directors’ disputes, competition and consumer law, commercial disputes, equity disputes, joint venture disputes and insolvency.
Jack learns his client’s business and operational objectives to ensure that he always provide pragmatic and commercially sensible advice that is informed by an awareness of the reputational and business disruption risks associated with protracted litigation.
