Hayley specialises in commercial disputes and complex litigation and has a broad range of experience acting on behalf of institutional, corporate, government and private clients, with an emphasis on contractual disputes, negligence claims and insolvency and bankruptcy matters.

Hayley has been involved in a broad range of matters in the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of Victoria, the County Court of Victoria, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Hayley offers a depth of expertise in relation to highly sensitive matters. Her experience includes acting on behalf of and advising educational institutions with respect to historical child abuse claims, including in relation to the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.
