Gary is well known for his impressive knowledge of property law, particularly surrounding property developments, infrastructure projects, hotel management agreements, acquisitions and sales and commercial leasing. Gary was voted a “Best Lawyer” by his peers for Real Property Law and he was listed in Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession as one of the recommended lawyers in Queensland for property and real estate in 2011 and 2012.
He has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on the whole range of contracts required for the sale and purchase of commercial, residential and rural properties, hotel management agreements, as well as in undertaking detailed due diligence investigations for commercial, residential and rural acquisitions.
Gary acts for both landlords and tenants on their commercial and retail leasing transactions and advises developers on flat-land residential developments and strata title developments. He has also advised a number of Queensland government departments and mining companies on infrastructure projects of state significance.
