Erin is passionate about helping businesses navigate people matters and is equipped to advise organisations on all matters relating to the workplace.

Erin has over 14 years’ experience in employment and workplace relations. Having previously led the workplace team at a boutique construction firm and director of a boutique workplace relations practice, Erin is able to offer practical, timely and strategic advice to her clients. A key area of Erin’s expertise is her delivery of workplace training and assistance with cultural and workplace change.

Erin has experience across a range of industries, including construction, property, infrastructure, professional services, technology, advertising, FMCG, manufacturing, and aged care.

Since 2018, Erin has been teaching Law of Employment, Anti-Discrimination Law and Labour Regulation at the University of Wollongong and is a casual academic at Macquarie University.

Erin is regularly asked to speak at events where she shares her skills and experience, including regularly chairing the Employment Law Matters HR Masterclass.
