Dianne has 20 years’ experience acting for many major landlords and tenants in retail leasing matters. This includes advising in respect to specialty, mini major and major tenant leases, as well as variations, renewals, assignments, surrenders and sub-leases.

In 2015, Dianne was recognised by the Law Institute of Victoria as an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Tenancy Law, and in 2022 was appointed as a member of its Property and Commercial Tenancy Advisory Committee.
