Denise specialises in retail leasing (including developments, management and disputes) and has over 10 years’ experience acting for some of Australia’s largest shopping centre landlords and managers.

Denise is well-versed in retail legislation nationwide and practices across multiple jurisdictions and various asset types (including major, regional and sub-regional shopping centres, bulky goods centres, neighbourhood centres, strip malls, Airports, stand-alone buildings and commercial buildings).

Denise also has experience acting for retail tenants (including acting for supermarket and liquor tenants across Australia) and in residential and commercial conveyancing, acting for developers in off-the-plans sales, as well as several banks in mortgagee and receiver sales.
