Bryony has a strong reputation as a commercial labour lawyer. Her practice specialisms otherwise encompass industrial relations, employment, employee benefits, global mobility, governance, and employee related privacy, intellectual property and business protection. Most recently, Bryony has acted for clients experiencing wage compliance issues, including in the context of commercial transactions, blending legal experience and expertise with an understanding of people-related data and technology, and complex compliance project management.
Bryony has supported clients in a number of industry sectors, including in respect of information technology/communications, pharmaceutical, health, finance, retail, and fast moving consumer goods. She acts in an advisory capacity and is a pragmatic litigator, with a focus on transactions and other change management scenarios. Recently, her transaction practice has focused on acting for a range of local and international private equity clients.
