Brihony specialises in property development and distressed property sales, and has extensive experience acting on a number of significant property acquisitions and disposals.
Brihony’s practice focuses on mixed use “off the plan” developments, vacant land subdivisions and distressed asset sales of property.
Brihony has worked with a broad range of clients, including a range of institutional and private property developers, corporate advisory clients and lending institutions in relation to insolvency related property transactions. In addition, she has also acted for clients on general property matters including sales and acquisitions, and retail leasing.
Brihony has been recognised as a recommended lawyer in the Doyle’s Guide listing of Leading Property & Real Estate Lawyers in Victoria in the 2020 edition. Since 2021, Brihony has been recognised as a Best Lawyer by Best Lawyers in AustraliaTM in the area of Real Property Law.
