Barbara-Ann has more than 10 years’ experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency having previously acted for insolvency practitioners, executors and beneficiaries of deceased estates and a statutory insurer. She has also previously worked in-house in litigation in a Federal government department.
Barbara-Ann joined Gadens in 2010 and now acts for major banks and other financial institutions providing advice on enforcement strategy and recovery options and the impact that various issues have on her clients’ rights. She has successfully conducted contested banking and finance litigation.
Barbara-Ann is aware of branding and reputational risks faced by her clients and is always focused on achieving a commercial and practical outcome.
