Archie specialises in property, property development, leasing and finance.

Archie advises extensively on major property developments, including property trusts, investors and corporations for developments, subdivision, strata and the acquisition, disposal and structuring of commercial and industrial transactions.

Archie drafts and negotiates complex leasing matters and regularly provides advice on property related development and management agreements and property joint ventures.

He has also been involved in advising on and negotiating property-related finance documentation, and holds a Certificate of Financial Planning from the Securities Institute in London.

Since 2018, each year Archie has been nominated and selected as a Best Lawyer in the area of Real Property Law by Best Lawyers Australia.
