Anna is experienced in banking and finance litigation and regularly acts for financial institutions and specialises in security enforcement proceedings, property disputes, misleading and deceptive conduct, sale at undervalue, fraud, forgeries, subrogation and restitution. Anna also regularly advises clients as to the implications, interpretation and applicability of the National Credit Code and the Banking Code of Practice.

Anna has significant trial experience and has been involved in cases extending to the High Court of Australia.

Anna was admitted as a solicitor and barrister of the Supreme Court of Victoria in February 2007. Before joining Gadens Anna worked as an in-house lawyer for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
