Anka is experienced in all aspects of property law including property acquisitions and disposals, due diligence and drafting of sale/purchase contracts for commercial, industrial, hospitality, off-the-plan strata, greenfield subdivision and agricultural properties.
Anka also has extensive experience in preparing and negotiating leases for commercial, industrial, retail, agricultural, pastoral leases and Crown Land assets and has acted for various private clients, syndicates and statutory authorities.
Anka appreciates the myriad of complexities involved in developments with various stakeholders and parties who often have divergent, and at times competing, interests and desired outcomes.
The knowledge gained from her position as a Councillor for four years with a Local Government complements the technical advice she provides in relation to property developments and planning matters.
