Alexandra specialises in leasing and property development with a particular focus on retail and commercial leasing. She is well-versed in retail legislation nationwide and practices across multiple jurisdictions.

Alexandra acts for landlords and tenants, with a particular focus on institutional and corporate property owners, developers and managers. She advises on a wide range of matters including on major shopping centre and retail redevelopments, mixed-use developments, leasing and management of retail, commercial and industrial property and enforcement and outgoings recovery issues.

She also acts on large due diligence investigations for buyers and sellers in relation to industrial, commercial and retail property transactions and in respect of the leasing and management of retail tenancies on University campuses.

Alexandra is the Pro Bono Champion for the Real Estate and Construction Group, overseeing the allocation and completion of property-based pro bono matters. For over 4 years she has volunteered at Women’s Legal Service Victoria providing legal advice to women experiencing particular disadvantage from relationship breakdown or family violence and also volunteers at Fitzroy Legal Services in their prison advocacy program.
