Alex Biddulph is a partner of Lavan, an independent law firm in Perth operating in association with Gadens.

Alex specialises in real estate, corporate and acquisition finance. Alex assists Australian major banks, national and international funds, and corporates on a range of corporate, project and property finance matters across a diverse range of industries. In addition, he acts for challenger banks and private credit clients, providing assistance with transactions and regulatory advice.

Alex has over a decade’s experience as a lawyer in Australia and abroad, having worked at both international and national firms.
