Adrian is a highly experienced technology lawyer specialising in information security, telecommunications, complex technology and digital infrastructure projects.

He has extensive experience advising both private and public sector clients on innovative technology and information transactions across a diverse range of industries including health, transport and logistics, telecommunications, banking, financial services, energy and resources, media and defence.

Adrian regularly advises on all aspects of strategic sourcing and technology procurement, IT and telecommunications contracting, large scale outsourcing, bespoke commercial arrangements, managed services and cloud solutions, as-a-service arrangements, systems integration, alliance contracting and supporting M&A transactions on data and technology related matters.

He has acted on some of the most significant telecommunications transactions (including involving the national broadband network), network rollouts, facilities access and transmission capacity arrangements. Adrian also regularly advises clients, often in highly regulated industries, on information security, privacy and data protection, cyber resilience, security of critical infrastructure reforms and data commercialisation.
