Media release | Gadens further strengthens with top tier Institutional Banking and Finance appointment

National firm Gadens has appointed Renae Suttor as a partner in its Banking and Finance Team. Renae joins Gadens from MinterEllison, with 15 years of top tier experience in Sydney and London. After training at MinterEllison, Renae spent 11 years in London as a key member of Clifford Chance’s market-leading property investment and development finance practice before returning to MinterEllison. Renae specialises in real estate development and investment finance origination and restructuring, and has extensive experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional lending and consensual workouts and restructurings.
