National firm Gadens has appointed James Roland as a partner in its Banking and Finance Team in Sydney. James joins Gadens from TurksLegal, prior to which he was senior legal counsel at National Australia Bank. Highly regarded and well recognised in his field, James offers specialist expertise across all areas of corporate restructuring, banking, and insolvency law.
