News I Gadens issues class action against Quintis and Frank Wilson

A class action on behalf of shareholders in sandalwood company Quintis has been filed and served on Quintis and former managing director Frank Wilson.

Filed by Gadens in the Federal Court, the class action alleges that Quintis and Wilson made misleading and deceptive statements from 26 February 2016 regarding the company’s key supply contracts and performance forecasts and contravened its continuous disclosure obligations from June 2015.
