Gadens is pleased to announce the appointment of Ronald Yuen as a director in the firm’s Property and Construction practice group in Brisbane. Mr Yuen’s move from Colin Biggers and Paisley follows that of Paul Muscat and his entire procurement and construction team also from CBP, taking the Gadens Property and Construction group to 62 personnel, including 13 partners and six directors.
A specialised lawyer in the areas of planning, infrastructure, government, environment and property development, Mr Yuen has extensive experience in providing strategic advice and solutions to complex matters and transactions concerning infrastructure and developments, drafting and negotiating infrastructure agreements, preparing statutory instruments and conducting complex litigation in the Planning and Environment Court, Land Court, and Supreme Court of Queensland.

Mr Yuen represents both public and private sector entities across all areas of planning, infrastructure, government, environment and property development law and has advised most of the local governments and distributor retailers in South-East Queensland and he has played an integral role in a number of major development projects and master-planned communities throughout Queensland.
Also from CBP’s planning, government, infrastructure and environment team, Elton Morais will be joining Gadens Property and Construction Practice Group as a senior associate in the planning and environment team on February 6.
