Gadens congratulates the sellers of Marand Precision Engineering to CHAMP Private Equity.
Founded in 1969 by Andy Ellul, Marand Precision Engineering (Marand) has evolved from a small machined parts supplier to being recognised as Australia’s leading precision engineering company and the largest Australian supplier to the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Programme. Marand’s success has been built through the delivery of sophisticated engineering solutions to the defence, aerospace, rail, automotive and mining sectors including various multinational blue chip organisations such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing, BAE Systems, BHP and Rio Tinto.
Having just recently celebrated its 50th anniversary, this transaction presents a significant opportunity for future growth for Marand, allowing its innovative engineering, advanced manufacturing and sustainability capabilities to continue adding value across industries and sectors that strongly contribute to the Australian economy.
Gadens is proud to have supported Marand over more than 25 years, including in relation to this milestone achievement, and is an example of the great connections and partnerships formed with long-standing Australian businesses.
