Deal profile | Gadens advises Viva Leisure on investment into Boutique Fitness Studio

Gadens has advised Viva Leisure Limited (ASX: VVA) (Viva) on its investment into Boutique Fitness Studio (BFS).

BFS is the Australian and New Zealand Master Franchisee of the well known international brands Rumble Boxing, Club Pilates, CycleBar and StretchLab. With 48 studios currently in operation, BFS plans to open another 25 studios within the next 12 months.

The strategic investment is part of Viva Leisure’s exciting growth strategy which will see Viva’s network expand to over 400 locations across multiple disciplines and brands.

Gadens has a longstanding relationship with Viva Leisure in supporting its strategic expansion across Australia including advising on their IPO in 2019, which was touted as the fifth-best performing IPO of the 2019 calendar year, and their more recent strategic acquisition of WA health clubs and associated capital raise and acquisition of iFitness 24/7 in April in 2024.
