Gadens has advised Gordon Brothers Industries on the sale of the company to an Australian subsidiary of NYSE-listed Johnson Controls.

Gordon Brothers Industries is Australia’s largest provider of industrial refrigeration solutions to customers in a wide range of industries. Gordon Brothers Industries has a history that dates back more than 100 years with a business that now operates from service centres in Melbourne, Bendigo, Sydney, Griffith, Brisbane, Townsville, Adelaide, Riverland and Perth.
