Deal profile | Gadens advises Construct Traffic on sale of its traffic management business

Gadens has successfully advised Construct Traffic on the sale of its traffic management business to AVADA Group Limited (ASX:AVD), a national traffic management operator listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

Founded in 2007, Construct Traffic is a leading provider of professional traffic management and traffic control services across Victoria. Construct Traffic operates a fleet of over 150 vehicles and 450 traffic controllers. The sale of the Construct Traffic business to AVADA Group Limited will drive the group’s strategic expansion and growth in the Australian civil infrastructure and maintenance sector.

Commenting on the transaction, special counsel Melissa Phillips said:

Deal value: Up to $23m.
