With over 10 years’ experience in M&A and equity capital markets, Faiza specialises in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions across a range of industries, with a personal interest in sports & entertainment. Faiza also has significant experience in advising on equity and capital markets from IPOs and secondary capital raisings to ASX listing compliance and everything in between.

To support her transactional expertise, Faiza has in-depth knowledge of Australia’s foreign investment regime, executive & key management incentive schemes, shareholder arrangements and other general corporate and commercial matters.

Having started her career working in a professional services firm, Faiza has a diverse experience which enables her to include significant insights into the broader areas of finance, tax and accounting, allowing her to bring a more commercially rounded approach to her legal advice.
