Isabella specialises in corporate and institutional finance and works closely with financiers, borrowers and other project and finance parties across a variety of secured and unsecured lending transactions.

Isabella’s areas of expertise include property, construction, acquisition and corporate finance. Her transactional experience traverses senior, mezzanine, preferred equity and unsecured subordinated debt, intercreditor and priority agreements, complex due diligence and unique security documentation and structuring advice. Isabella also has experience in litigious banking matters including in the context of corporate insolvency and financing distressed assets and borrowers.
