Deal profile | Gadens advises MoTeC on its sale to Bosch

Gadens has advised motorsport technology business MoTeC on the sale of the group to Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd, which will now form an integral part of Bosch Motorsport, a business unit of Bosch Engineering GmbH.

The MoTeC product portfolio includes vehicle and engine control units, displays, data loggers and on-board power supply control units for both conventional and electric motorsport vehicles. MoTeC serves its customers in Australia, Asia-Pacific, Europe, the United States and Japan through a global network of dealers and is the supplier to racing series including Australian (V8) Supercars, NASCAR and competitors in the Dakar Rally.
