Adrian specialises in construction and development law, and has extensive experience in a variety of dispute resolution work, which has included working for contractors, owners, developers, financiers and other building professionals.

Adrian’s dispute resolution work covers all relevant Courts, tribunals, adjudications, arbitration, expert determination and mediation. The majority of dispute resolution work relates to termination of contracts, variations, defect claims, delay claims and payment matters, particularly in relation to the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act and adjudications under that Act.

Adrian also has experience in preparing and negotiating construction contracts and service agreements for use Australia wide.

Since the 2024 edition, Adrian has been nominated and selected as a Best Lawyer in the area of Litigation by Best Lawyers Australia.
