Iain is a partner of Lavan, an independent law firm in Perth operating in association with Gadens.

Iain has acted for both commercial clients of Lavan and insurers predominantly in the areas of commercial dispute resolution, professional indemnity, construction matters, directors’ and officers’ insurance, fire, property and liability insurance and trade practices matters.

Iain has extensive experience in intellectual property law, having acted in numerous intellectual property disputes.

Iain is a partner in Lavan’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
