Richard specialises in mergers and acquisitions. He also advises extensively on restructures, partnerships, joint ventures and capital raisings. In addition, Richard provides general corporate and commercial advice on a wide range of legal matters including in relation to contract negotiations, issues of corporate governance, shareholder arrangements and key industry and regulatory compliance issues.

Richard advises Australian and overseas public and private clients across numerous industry sectors, including casinos, media and entertainment; health; retail; private equity; agribusiness, food and beverage; technology; life sciences; manufacturing and distribution; and transport and logistics.

Commercially-minded and practical, Richard is highly valued for his technical and negotiation skills and his ability to provide meaningful advice and manage complex projects on time and within budget.
