Mark specialises in commercial dispute resolution and litigation. His experience spans nearly 30 years, during which time he has been exposed to a wide range of industries including corporate, finance, construction and development, insurance, agriculture, financial services and manufacturing.

He produces valued, positive outcomes for his clients through his decisive ‘cut through’ on complex, large-scale legal disputes and his ability to lead legal teams in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Mark sits within Gadens’ Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Group where he undertakes complex commercial litigation,negotiates and provides commercial advice on risk minimization strategies,sustainable business practices and debtor control.
