Tony has a broad range of experience in relation to all aspects of commercial property law, including dealing with complex property transactions, major development projects, advising financiers with respect to property acquisitions and acting on behalf of receivers and managers in the divestment of assets.

He has acted for numerous developers, listed property trusts and industrial property owners throughout Victoria and Australia. He also has an in depth knowledge of subdivision and owners corporation matters including the Owners Corporation Act 2006.

Tony also regularly advises in relation to healthcare and hospital projects, and acts for a number of leading healthcare providers, including Healthscope, Western Health and Epworth Health in respect to the leasing and development of various hospitals and medical centres.

Tony holds degrees in Law and Science and a diploma in Applied Finance with the Security Institute of Australia. Tony is an Accredited Property Law Specialist with the Law Institute of Victoria. He is a committee member of the Property and Environmental Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria and a member of the Property Council of Australia.

Since 2016, each year Tony has been nominated and selected as a Best Lawyer in Leasing Law and Real Property Law by Best Lawyers Australia. In addition, Tony was also recognised as a Leading Property & Real Estate Lawyer in Victoria in the 2017 and 2018 editions of Doyle’s Guide.
